May Employee Highlights

RJS Superintendent | Gnel Ourdukhanian | Denver Office

With over 280 yards of concrete placed, walls erected, and the roof framing started, Gnel is showing his dedication on the US Fish & Wildlife Multipurpose Building & Visitor Center in Huron, South Dakota. Gnel has been working long hours and weekends to keep this challenging project on schedule. His communication, effective management, and oversight of various subcontractors are additionally commendable. Gnel has worked for RJS since July of 2023. Originally from Southern California, he, his wife, and son are all fairly new residents of Huron, South Dakota. Gnel is a great addition to the RJS Team. Thanks for all you do, Gnel!

RJS Senior Estimator | Ken Wilcox | Grants Pass Office

With over 25 years of estimating experience, Ken demonstrates a vast history of working in the construction industry. In the month of May, Ken provided his support on over (15) federal bids. Additionally, Ken’s diligent leadership on the GSA LPOE Pac-Highway Expansion has been an ongoing effort since March. His collaborative efforts with GSA, CBP, JV key personnel, and the design team have been a lengthy task. Thanks for your continued support to the RJS team! A part of the RJS team just shy of 7 years, antique airplanes, trains, and unicorn bourbons are amongst a few of Ken’s interests outside of work. Alongside his (7) children and (8) grandchildren, Ken and his wife also have (4) dogs: Buddy, Winston, Sophie, and Lucy.

RJS Accounting Specialist | Martha Rennard | Yakima Office

Martha’s daily contributions to RJS provide our team with essential support on various facets of our operations. Her ambitious spirit and effective skill set in accounting and administrative efforts are visible across all offices. From her involvement in project awards and to her effective financial oversight, Martha’s work ethic is complementary to the RJS Team. Thank you, Martha! Thrilled to pick up her brand new RAV4 XLE this weekend, Martha enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and many other outdoor activities in her spare time. She’s lived in several states, including CA, FL, and WA and thoroughly loves all of her animals (cats, dogs, and an iguana and spider in the past).
